I just wanted to say that we were surprisingly pleased with our experience buying our Prius V (11/25/11) from Hamilton Maldonado at Hanlee's Toyota. He was very straightforward and responsive, and he did not push products or "extras" that we did not need or want. I felt like we were treated with respect and with honesty, and for that reason, I would not hesitate to return to Hanlee's again the next time we buy or service our vehicle. This is how loyalty is built.

Our experience was a major contrast to the last time we purchased a new car. We did NOT have a good experience at another Toyota dealership when we purchased our 2006 Prius, and we swore off from going back. We experienced there the classic high-pressure sales job that taints car salespeople (including a deceptive "add-on" that they tried to sneak in), and we made sure to let others know how customers are treated at that place.

We appreciate Hamilton's continued interaction with us as we now consider accessories.
